The Kage Partnership Fundraising Salary Report

Every year we produce a survey of fundraising salaries based on vacancies in the London area. If you would like a copy of the 2012 report please email info@kagep.com

The 2012 survey is based on fundraising vacancy details from over 100 charities.

Headlines
Overall 1% increase in average salaries across all levels

Largest increase in Corporate Officer level (over 5%)

Significant increases seen in Trust Officer, and both Officer and Manager levels within the Community category

Manager level categories show an overall marginal decrease

General Trends
Since 2008, overall salaries have increased by 5.4%

Between 2008 and 2011, Manager level salaries increased marginally more than Officer level

2011 has shown a resurgence in the number of Corporate fundraising vacancies over and above other categories

Fewer Community and Events roles across both Manager and Officer levels in 2011

Still low numbers of salaried junior vacancies available
