You only pay a fee if we find you the right person to fill the vacancy.
If you do not appoint one of our applicants, there is nothing to pay and there are no hidden charges.

The recruitment fee is based on the annual starting salary
for the post.

Appointment type	Fee
Permanent	15% of annual salary
Contracts (up to 6 months*)	7.5% of annual salary
Contracts (up to 3 months*)	5% of annual salary

*Where a 3-6 month contract is extended we charge the
balance of the appropriate fee.

(All our fees are subject to VAT)

We offer a 3 month rebate period on all permanent appointments and good refund terms on short term contract positions.

Our fees apply to all organisations in the not-for-profit sector. However, we do offer loyalty discounts for high volumes of business and also run occasional promotional offers.
