Formed in January 1998, the Kage Partnership was set up as a specialist recruitment consultancy focusing on fundraising and PR appointments for the not-for-profit sector in and around London.

The aim was to provide a different experience for people either looking for work or recruiting new staff by placing an emphasis on excellent customer service. The Kage Partnership takes pride in providing an informed, honest and friendly recruitment service to all of our recruiting and job seeking clients.

Liz Grimes, one of the original Partners who set up the business, has been in charity recruitment for many years and has a specialist knowledge of both the area of fundraising and the not-for-profit sector.
